Are there any hidden costs?
Everything is included, except the hosting and subscription costs for external tools, such as e-commerce functionality, automation, and store locator software.
Can I downgrade or upgrade a subscription at any time?
Yes! You can change your subscription (s) yourself via the customer portal.
Can I invite my colleagues?
Yes, of course, your colleagues are also very welcome!
Can you build a new website within a subscription?
Yes! The to-do list will look slightly different than an existing website, but otherwise it works exactly the same. Before we begin, we would of course be happy to discuss the project you have in mind. By opting for a subscription, you can also go live super fast. With a traditional approach, it can take months to finally go live with your, sometimes outdated, website.
Do you give a discount?
Yes, definitely. If you choose a quarterly subscription, you get a 10% discount. With an annual subscription, you even get a 20% discount.
Do you offer help with planning?
Yes, definitely. Every month, we organize a meeting to discuss and plan how we can really help your business move forward.
How do I request a new task or project?
During your onboarding, we'll send you a link to your unique request form, which is linked to your Asana board. Every time you want to outsource a task or project, you can fill out the form and we'll receive a notification.
Ideally, you should fill the task queue with multiple tasks with different priority states so we can pick up the next request when we're done or stuck with another request to avoid wasting time.
How does the delivery time of a task work with a subscription?
The turnaround time to complete a task depends on its size and complexity, but it usually takes an average of 2 days to complete.
How long am I tied to a subscription?
You are not committed to anything. You can cancel at any time and the subscription will then continue until the end of the month.
How many months do I need?
We determine the duration on a case-by-case basis. For some customers, 1 month is enough to deliver everything they need, others may need a few more months. But, if you really want to take digital steps, it's best to keep us for an unlimited period of time.
Is the number of requests really unlimited?
Yes, the number of requests is really unlimited. Once you're a customer with us, you can add as many requests to the queue as you want. Your tasks are then delivered one by one, and you can add more and more.

If you don't know which plan or package is best for you, feel free to contact us. We'll review your project and offer you the most appropriate pricing plan that gives the most value to your site.
What happens if bugs occur after the website is published?
We offer a 30-day bug fix for all our projects free of charge, regardless of whether you still have an ongoing subscription. If anything happens outside that period, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
